I don't know how Loughborough fished today lee but the K&A fished well 15 double figure weights. 24lb winning it and 2x 21lb weights all from different areas.I had 7.1.0 which was only good enough for 4th in my section!!

Hmmm! My section yesterday had four end pegs with big gaps (they seem to like these gaps in the East Mids :o) between them and i couldnt believe i never drew one of them!!! Did beat either side though and even had a midmatch young motorbikers AGM a metre behind my peg. Not sure why they chose my peg to stop behind and i was too scared to ask! It blew a gale and I'd obviously drew wrong side of the bridge which split the section in half and had a lovely smell of dogshit all day. Other than that it was a great way to celebrate my birthday! Image

Oh, and Scriv also drew this section. He was the first first peg to the right on 168 (with bridge hole 167 not in) and had a similar gap the other side of the bridge yet, according to him, that doesnt constitute an end peg. Work that one out! Image

Has anyone got an 'East Mids/Normal' translation book for next weekend? I only know "Me Dook" at the moment... Image

Someone told me the other day that the guys pegged either side of you always have an end peg advantage. I couldnt work out what they meant. Any ideas... Image

I never draw flyers like that... honest!

Ok ok, it wasnt that long ago when I drew in the middle of a 3-peg pound with the two pegs either side of me undrawn. I felt guilty for all of 10 seconds... mwa ha ha! :D
