If forgetting to take your nets on an open match is STUPID what is forgetting to take your nets on a winter league?

sesible, as the person involved know he'd blank and didnt want to get his nets wet then have the trouble of trying to dry then in this cold, damp, non drying weather

i think the word your looking for is dementia,best thing you can do is start making lists just try not to forget where you put the list luckily your in a team they might help

crappity smack me, what winter league do you fish.

You hardly need a keepnet in ours. If anyone catches a fish above one dram the venue is struck off the list next year.

::) ::) ::) ::)it was me i got to my peg and sat there after having a extra cup of tea because we had two and a half hours to kill and i had a short walk and started to tackle up my pole rigs i still had'nt clicked that i had no nets i went to get my landing net  no landing net so off i went down the bank asking if anyone had a spare that one was soon sorted got back to my peg and still did'nt click i had no keepnet
when suddenly   it hit me   i ran back to the van and phoned the tank commander up to get my nets ready as i drive by just leaving loughborough there's a smash on the bypass  :o so i had to go back into loughborough and join the pypass in town got the nets drove back and still had time to hear godfrey   going on

OOps i forgot my nets on a winter league.
Lucky for me Mullarkey had a spare landing net and someone else had a spare keepnet.
