Most of you will be aware after Saturdays match that Martin had recently been diagnosed with a brain tumour. John rang me this morning to tell me that he passed away last night.

I understand that Martins funeral will be on Friday 21st April. Unfortunately I wont be able to attend as Im away but I have arranged with John for him to organise some flowers from the club.

Some members have already offered donations, so I will arrange a small collection at the Claygate match for anyone who wishes to contribute with the proceeds given to a charity of the families choice. Should anyone not going to the match wish to donate then please contact me and I will sort it out and collect at a later date.
