I cannot recall us ever fishing this section, Indeed I cannot remember seeing any one fish here, Wonder why, logic says that the water must contain a head of fish. It is easily accessed from the car park by the iron foot bridge.
Worth trying for a late Gueller?

You must be joking Phil, I ran a grueller down this section a couple of seasons ago n I won it with 5 wasp perch next was 4 wasp perch n two people had 2 n everyone else blanked. It was about 2ft down the track n4inch over
I took em down here because it's sheltered n it was a mild day.(empty) >:(

I dare say pleasure fishing you might have e few fish, but I don't think it's good enough for a match. As soon as you get a dozen people walk the towpath the fish have gone. I'm trying my damdest to put people on fish this winter n anglers have caught well but u still get the odd moan. I'm afraid if we fished down here you would find me hung from one of them big oak trees. :shifty :'(

Could be worth trying again if nobody has fished it since Dr Livingstone ?

Trevors Top Angling Tips (#26) – Fed up of buying expensive fishery pellets ? Simple , buy your own fishery and then you can buy your pellets from the cheapest available source .

Sorry obi I'm not having a go at anyone n ide love nothing more than fishing the extention each week, especially as its more local to me but it just don't produce enough fish. Unless your fishing for pike. Something we as a club should have a discussion about :-/
