I remember fishing at Norbury Junction a couple of years ago and being charged £3.50 for 2 slices of bread with a small piece of bacon in. Thinking to myself diet starts today then.
£5 is bloody steep.

I'm all for supporting pubs that will open for breakfast but if I were Fred I'd of told them to put the bacon back in the fridge

That's part the problem joff it's in cheswadine middle of nowhere used to have draw in market Drayton bacon buttys cheap as chips free chips butty laid on after we were really well looked after but miles from canal
A lot of the anglers who now fish this league would never find there pegs from there as most travel from all over northwest west mids to fish the league
I've spoke to the lad who now runs the league about the butty prices he said dint see it being a problem as carling is only £2.50 a pint Image Image Image Image

A difficult one to be fair!

Preecy`s analysis is absolutely spot on though!

The pub is in a perfect location in relation to the match!

But £5 for a bacon bap is a £ucking rip off Chris can't blame anyone for complaining about the prices it's scandalous
Next round on there if no one buys one the point may be made clear to the owners
Most anglers go back an have pint or two so they can't moan about the trade we are giving them
Might just have to try different pub next year Image Image
