This could only happen at Gods own club  Man City TK   >:( >:(

The Thai fella with the money has gone behind the back of Eriksson and tapped up "Big Phil" Scolari...... publicly humiliating Eriksson in the process seemingly hoping Sven would walk away and saving the Thai a few bob in the process !! Sven is having none of it tho and it has all kicked off !! Just another saga in the calamatous history of a fantastic football club which continually gets ruined by idiots in suits (owners / chairman).
Also the Thai dictator has Ronaldinho lined up for ridiculous money along with the NIKE brand to market M.C.F.C. in asia etc.......but he is past it and would be a passenger in the premier league and Sven has told the Thai he doesnt want him.......hence the fall out   Image

I always thought managers signed players not owners.....look at Chevchenko at Chelsea £30 million abramovich signed him for   Image

Big backlash from the City fans here in Manchester, they are all supporting Eriksson........ the Thai fella is in trouble for sure !!!

If we had a decent striker this season we would of finished 5th comfortably, we are still going to finish 8th or 9th which is good and push on next season Image . Owners of football clubs know nothing about football and want instant success .......it doesnt happen like that and changing your manager every season will only lead to failure.

well done to those that got into the prem. The sad thing is tho is that out of the clubs that have gone up just simply cant afford to stay in the prem.

qpr are a different case as their chairman is richer than Ambranovich, the problem is for Stoke and Albion.

They will both need to strengthen their squads but better players means costing more in transfer fees, more in wages, plus current players will want more wagesect ect ect. The money they get next season off the league will only be Championship money. You have to do a season in the prem before you get the prem rate ie that will get their fisrt payment at the end of next season so unless the chairmans are willing to seriously dig into their owe pockets then the big signings needed will not be coming.

WBA and Stoke City both have excellent shrewd managers who know the game inside out, that will stand both clubs in good stead for the premiership which is a huge step up in class from the championship !!!
Finishing 4th or 5th from bottom will be a major achievment (around 36pts) both clubs will have to stick with Mowbray and Puliss no matter what happens because you will lose a lot of games for sure......but if you survive relegation the huge amount of money you will receive the next season will give each club a greater fighting chance the next season and a chance to establish themselves in the premiership !!!

Stoke will be the Premiership whipping boys!

I think they will do well to avoid breaking Derby's record lowest points total.

I hope I'm wrong but i just cant see where they are going to get the funds required to be consistent.
