Those results are all to cock Joff. I had 54lb on the first one was 4th ( by 4oz)

We fished 5 matches on Gwinear down there. I won money in 4. Had a second 2 3rds and a 4th I think but they often only pay lakes.

Not big weights, but good fishing. I love the place. I had 3 50's a 40 odd and a 30 odd from all different areas and not always good pegs, mostly small carp up to 3lb so plenty of bites on a variety of methods.

Chris Hancock and Andy Dare do a brilliant job there so if any lads go down and want a good match go and give it a go.

I missed out on qualifying for the Preston festival too coming 2nd in the Gold residents match by 5oz( Image Image Image

fished 10 matches weights of between 30lb and 75lb and only on one did I not have a days fishing and If i'd done something different I could done better then too, but local knowledge cost me a few times

I'm back down a week on saturday for a week, can't wait

Knowing Joffie's prowess at the drawbag Maddog, he'll probably draw here - short walk  (over one of his beloved  bridges) onto one of these flyers on 'the wides'.......with not a tree in sight to worry Bill either  Image

Spoke to Browny last night Joff. He said there may be a change of venue next year. somewhere over the causeway past the windmills about 5 miles from Cita.
the only rules are "no rules" catapults, 6 hours if you want etc etc fishing same as Voorne. that's all I know though. Pats going across in sept to have a look with Jan and the bloke from Anglers World Holidays.
