13 blokes all throwing feeders or bombs to this island is asking for trouble.
At least you can see where the other persons line is with a waggler.
Its just too tight mate.

then why not ban rods full stop as 13 floats being thrown at the island will just be as bad even if you can see your float top .

If i fished it i would garuntee you that wether i got feeder, bomb or float id cast over all the other 12 lines every cast no mater what peg in on, i'd even manage it if i was on another pool

People fish the wagger but don't throw to the island, say 10 meters out or so.
And before you say "I would only throw the feeder or bomb 10 meters out"

It's not allowed, and that's that, I dont need to explain why. You ain't fishing so it don't affect you  

i know i aintt fishing as you wouldnt let me bring my guide dog . I was just asking why float was aload but not bomb/ feeder. Thats nearly as wacky as rolf rule were you can use a straight lead or empty feeder but cant use a feeder with anything in it
