With the last round on the Trent and Mersey tomorrow I can honestly say that it's a shame it is coming to an end.
Our team has enjoyed every round, with tomorrow probably not being any different.
Full credit must go out to Paul Murrin and all those that have helped along the way. As it is a true testament to the success of this league that has seen it grow to the largest winter league around.
There has been quite a bit of talk of late about team matches and I would like to point out a couple of reasons why we fish this league.
The quality of venues, along with the stamp of angler and a well organised league compensates for the 120 mile round trip we make.
So to all those anglers that are fishing tomorrow and I may not see till next year I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and bulging keepnets for next year.
