If they're gonna let us use em then personally i would ave prefered 1 kilo daily allowance.

Wait wait wait pat is the easiest person to get on with yan is on the Dutch federation and john is a good listener I'm sure they have thought it through yes you can take your own worms but you can only take half a kilo to your peg no others to be taken to the match length via rod tube or van or between your riva trays
I think it about right I might only take them for the hook I'm hoping to be busy catching shallow this year

Be nice if there was enough for that and the weather was right joff i dont plan on using many but when the rules say you can't the natural response is to debate the decision ::) would just like to leave the sack in the van and use what each day requires, no different with any other baits allowed so why should worm be any different??

Joking aside, when I spoke to Patt today it makes sense, they are putting an option in place before we get there so we have a bit of time to plan. Apparentley the canal is now very popular again, they are unsure of the pegs we will be on but there is a chance that we will fish the same pegs all week, or the other option is to follow local anglers onto the pegs they have put worm in the day before. Yan doesn't think it will make a huge difference but as worm will be going in daily throughout the length it has raised enough concern for him to feel the ban of worms on the festivals should be lifted. You can take 100kilo over with you and use as much as you want pleasuring / practicing but come match day you will be given a tub that will hold half a kilo only, this has to be on your tray prior to pre baiting and if you are found with any other worm, be it in your bag, van or in your socks you will not be weighed in for that day. As Joff has previously stated, worms will be available at a fairly reasonable price over in Holland if you do not wish to buy them and take them over yourself.

Nothing to police Tamer, like all the other rules, you break em and pay the price!! Besides, unlike you a lot of us believe in if you cheat, your only cheating yourself!!
