This week I've taken delivery of a pair of DAM Tectron poles.
Its obviously a risk buying such an old pole, but as the fella had 2 to sell with quite a few spares I figured I'd have enough sections to cover some breakages. One of them seems to have been a spare and is pretty much mint.
The top 3's will need re-elasticating, so I haven't had a chance to give it a test run yet....
Are they as good as everyone says?

I have 2 theses and mactron
As tk said tectron stiffer but not at full legth mactron more usable at 14m!
Poles like this are becoming harder to find but the one you bought is a dream to use as half the thickness as most poles around,I ve had carp to 12ib on mine using 8-10 elastic
