cheers lee !!it great to be back in a winter league and i'm sure it will go to the wire great result for your lads but i feel we left the door open giving you 20 points still we must try harder next week
i thought how well linc's county did for there first time on the river
and the good news is ive got 10 teams in the sensas league for next year river and canal and a chance this team will come into the winter league .i cant say who as they are in the process of getting sponsorship

i walked the greens section and higgys performance stood out over everyone else, started the same as everyone yet soon worked out the conditions in his area and was soon on the bleak well before anyone else plus a long chopped worm line to try every now and again top performance

Joff u wasn't that far behind us, and with it being an accumulative points system it will go right down to the wire like u say! Lincs county did do well, the guy in my section next to pete did brilliant, he said that he hand't seen the river for 15 years and came second in his section and second in the match! Awsome! Good news about the sensas league too, would be nice to see that and our winter league continue to grow

Well done Pete and Trentmen
A good weekend for you Pete
Big well done to Trentmen who are really improving as a team under the guidance of Rob Perkins who has put his all into this job and it's paying off in my opinion.
I am sure there will be many twists and turns when the natural river goes back in and that makes it exciting !!!!

Richie Brian made a big decision off his own back and it was the correct one the lads fished the waterside the day before and you wouldn't of thought there was much water on it .yet sunday morning i have never seen so much colour come into the river :Dwe had a ground frost so where it came from i just don't know but brian made the right oneWell done Pete and Trentmen

Love it, can't wait for sunday! Them sections will make things interesting as you will need to draw a handful of pegs to get good points from them!! Still can't wait though Not so sure about that first section at kegworth as i think its pretty unfair that those in the loop have to compete with peg 11?! Thanks Pete, and Richie, was a good start for us, we had a few good pegs which took care of themselves and then some very good performances from higgy, sammie and young sam to come top in there respective sections... Hope you get some bites Joff, just don't sit next to a bridge....
