Last time i went was 2 years ago on a maven pairs qualifier. Won me section with 70lb odd of carp and f1s. It might have changed now but back then all u needed were 5 tins of meat and a half a kilo of worms with about 2 pt of casters, also a tin of hemp to kick feed your meat lines into play. target the shallowest water you can find on the far bank with your worms & casters, putting a big pot in at the start and then kinder over it. bottom of the near shelf with meat fed little and often with a bit of hemp. then at the same distance left and right feed the margins heavy with meat by hand, you will catch the bulk of your fish here in the last two hours. The shelfs are quite steep so i would set up 3 rigs because they have a tendency to follow the meat down the slope. You'll want one for tight up, one at about 3ft deep and just use your 5m rig for the bottom of the slope if you end up fishing there. hope u bag up! its a good venue :D

The venue record went at Heronbrook last Tuesday 263 lb in the old farts match, peg 14 Meadow pool.

It went again yesterday (Sunday) 319 lbs from Meadow 2,.

Both pellet jobs fairly well over. On sunday Alan Bruce (Ray's Tackle) had carp to 15 lbs. ironically every peg was in on Sunday Image Image Image Image Image
