What date is it mate? like the sound of it. What section is it on. Had a look just above the Crewe and Harpur a couple of weks ago, it's alive with fish
Had 7lb of roach, bout 30 roach on hemp and tares on the pole in the bays in the field above the garden peg. 13lb won, then 11lb, 10lb, couple of 9's, 8's, wind was horrendous which didnt help.

not all hemp, but there are a lot of fish being caught on it all over the river. i've fished a few different pegs over the last few weeks and caught on it every time. river is low and very clear. lot's of perch too

THE RIVER AT MO IS FULL OF REDFINS BELOW BURTON I HAVE NOT FISHED RIVER SINCE I GOT THE RODS OUT AGAIN BUT HAVE WALKED IT YOU DONOT SEE MANY FISHING BUT THERE IS FISH ALL OVER THE RIVER BUT ALLOT WEED ABOUT WILL HAVE TO GIVE IT A TRY BRINGS BACK GOOD MEMERIES

I stand corrected - a big 8 won it with a couple of big 7s to back it up - 14 of us fished it, not the best of conditions it was blowing a hooley downstreamer below the bridge

i'd love to fish it mate there are a great crowd of lads and can fish a bit mybe bottle it when it comes to tench fishing
the problem is we are chasing matches as big matches are few and far between i'm at evesham this weekend and then the bank holiday weekend as well then its off to france while i've still got the hunger for the big matches i will stay with them BUT and i think its getting close i will fish a few of TKS matches [sundays only though]
