I don't know - only fished with the Chocky Munster twice, first time gales, snow and hail so I suppose I mustn't grumble that it only hissed it down nearly all match today :)

Chocky Munster's promised a witty and entertaining report so I'll leave it to him, then bolt on the results...........

Mind just to wet your appetite there were a few casualties today with a scalp or two taken taken :D Image

Just the odd one or two including young Fert destroying the opposition with creative feeding regimes so designed to render the adjoining cock peg useless .........then once he'd softened the opposition and lulled them into a false sense of security he cruelly and ruthlessly scalped his victims with a precise but yet vicious style, picking off unsuspecting victims one by one. It reminded me of a combination of a young Kevin Ashhurst and Ivan Marks.

Gud on ya Fert  Image

Still waiting myself............I've pm'd the Chockie Monsters the results, presume he's penning a 5000 word critical appraisal of the day hence he delay.

Still - I'm sure it'll be worth waiting for   :D

Yamo's comments in the link above sum an aspects or two ............and what a peg to peg battle I've had with Fert today. I'm exhausted..............

Bet I have a sleepless night with all the nervous tension I've experienced today...........

No doubt all will be revealed in due course Si. :o

I’m looking forward to a good read and the witty repertoire from the Chockie Monster to help me recover from the trauma I experienced yesterday………. ;)

Mind it looks like it is being delayed by Mrs Chockie Monster who I last heard was hawking him round B&Q for some emulsion………..he avoided the paintbrush yesterday, but doesn’t appear to be so lucky today. :D

Or perhaps he aint recovered from his trauma and ordeal yesterday too………. :D :D :D

Image do i take it  FERT is a one and only crack angler  Image HA HA ?

Tell you what HaHa - I'll take my hat off to Fert - he'd never seen the venue, was amongst a load of anglers, most who knew at least half the field and could banter between themselves, yet he turned up solo, more than can be said for a few seasoned anglers who didn't show, and put in a performance as the results will show when the chockie monster gets around to it (probably in the morning at work :D :D :D )

I'm sure Fert will put in some other appearances on MD/Yale knockups now he must now realise there's nowt to fear...... Image
