Choppy,

i`d like to say it was my extensive knowledge of match fishing history, but its just that i`ve got the same book as Joff takes his pictures from.

As for sunday, don`t worry about the weigh in I thought it was fair too. Lost enough skimmers in the ice and with elastic freezing to have come 2nd or 3rd but thats fishing. Great venue even in this weather. I`ve fished March for nigh on 20 years, can`t always go to many matches there because of team commitments but its been kind to me over the years and when your on a few there its wonderful fishing. Not as good as the Yare though, you`ll have to get there in the summer, once you`ve been you`ll want to keep going back.

Yes, well done Mullarkey, knew I'd seen that pic somewhere.

The river was up and he weighed 7-12-8; Notts won the team event as well with 22-8-4.

96 teams fished that match (12 a side) Image Image Image Image
