Geoff,
You really wouldn't believe just how useless the "Techies" at WEBFUSION are.
Customer Service is a totally foreign concept to them and is non existant.
Managed to resolve todays issues, so fingers crossed.

Perhaps they employ some of the numb nuts from Virgin Media Tech Support in India. As much use as a chocolate fireguard.
