cracking vids youngun .looked like a lovely place to fish that.them margins look good for a few as well.

There are not alot of carp there in the magins but the BIG perch come out there.In the last 2 matches a 3lb 9oz and 3lb 2oz perch have come out.

make the most of those perch danny as they are very weird about there feeding habits ,one year they will show and the next you would think that there wasnt a single perch in the water.
it happens everywhere .you hear big perch coming out and then bugger all for a few years when all of a sudden you start catching them again .

They were the first over 1.8lb for over 4 or so years. I lost a 3lb on the pole, I hooked in the tail on no.4 elastic whilst punch fishing :-[

Perch are pretty intelligent for fish and once caught they tend to be very wary of the tackle that tackle and bait caught them.
