I've just been down and tried to break it down the edge with my big breaker and could only dent it, in my opinion the only way you will break it is to get on with an axe or something. I feel as if i have wasted a day of my life if i don't go fishing on a sunday but theres no way i am getting on ice to break it, i don't like to let organisers down as they do a great job so i apologise to Lee for not coming, good luck to those that do

After consulting a couple of captains I have made the decision to cancel.
sorry for the inconvenience but after seeing the weather forecasts and reports from the venue it has to be thye right decision.
