Rolling Mill St Winter League
Well Folks, it's the first match of 6 this week on Rolling Mill St and I aint looking forward to it to be honest the way it's been fishing the last few months. I have fished it the last 3 years and been runner up by 1 point twice and was joint 1st last year but had it been a league without sections I would have p****d it the last 3 times but that's life. I want to win it this year but besed on my last few performances down there I don't think I stand a chance lol. The next match will be on the Wharfe which I will look forward to. I am also going to be trying out my new Daiwa Tournament Pro seat box this week hopefully and try and christen it well.
Ill let you all know how I get on but don't hold your breath lol.

I will come down and swap drawers with you when your not looking as yours are all partitioned out with nice wood
My stuff just rolls about and when I open a draw, everything is upside down
Rather you than me regarding the winter league. I would have like to have fished it but I'm washing my hair
Good luck to you but knowing how lucky you have been in 2006 I don't see no reason why your luck should run out
I might come up and see how your doing if thats OK.

Your more than welcome to come and see whats going on si but I can tell you now there won't be much happening, especially if this wind keeps up lol.
If the forecast is right it's going to be a wet weekend too and if it is I aint going to be christening my box this week, I'm waiting for a decent day for it

No, it was down to fishing against anglers of a much lower standard than yourself.....we call it being a bandit.

I don't really feel like writing about my performance today coz I only came 3rd in my section and there were only 5 in it lol. I had a grand total of 0-9-6. The whole match length fished shite again and I was on a bad peg anyway peg No 18, I fished it 3 times before and struggled of it. I did start getting bites 20 mins from the end and 5mins of that I was in a right tangle. Ah well there's always next time. I think 1lb 14oz won the match.
