Forgot to say.....

Last Sunday during the last 5 mins of our match at the Jam Factory a car pulls up at the side of our pool.
Two Guys get out, 1 goes down one side of the pool and the other guy comes round to my side.
They were checking for rod licenses Image Image
Its the first time I have ever been asked. They could have waited till we finished the match lol.
The guy said to me that they were targeting match venues and would be doing so on a regular basis.
Just a warning, it don't bother me because I have mine.
They were nice guys and very polite and had little computers that took all your info and time and date you were last checked Image

Nor me Tony, why should we pay and other people get away without paying >:( >:(

He saw I was fishing the margin and he got down low as he could and spoke really quiet, fair play to him. Image

Five weeks ago at w. view they were checking licenses, thats the first time i've ever been asked in my life and i've fished for a few years now.
About time, I don't think you should be able to buy a day ticket or join a club without producing a valid license.
If you can't afford £24.50 a YEAR you can't afford to fish! >:(
