pete you should know i dont get upset mate
if you want to give it you have to learn to take it
it was real good banter yesterday mate you won't get a better league unless we can get rid of the moaners like you said they could have a league of there own on there beloved river
i think wigston would love to fish the canal more and bennetts seamed to mastered it as well who knows perhaps three on the river and three on the canal could happen

i just think we had a good match it was ran well and no ones life was at risk on the zambezze there were fish to catch so whats the probs i think the league would have been closer if it had all been on the canal like you say wigston and bennets have had good results on there. but 3 on the river 3 on the canal sounds tops.crappity smack the moners.

Been 2nd since the 2nd match mate, need a draw to catch them crappity smack up, they keep drawing the end peg draw on the river Havn`t got the full results mate, Closie keeps giving them to somebody to keep. Keep meaning to get them after the matches.

The rivers been absolutely wrecked every match but it`s gone ahead We aint got a back up canal venue Need to draw either draw 9 or 10 at the draw or get it on a fishing river, so we can batter them. That end peg draw is worth 10 pts at the draw Credit it to Cleveland though they havn`t crappity smack up yet. Plenty time cos they are due a blowout

its a shame theres no canals up there as you made good canal teams look average on last years semi mate and i have no dought you would be on top of your league if that was the case

2 on the river, need to win the next 1, dace have dropped down into the match stretches, that`s why we want it on a normal river so we can float fish. Get`s a bit tedious having to tip fish for a year. We`ve had 1 normal river this year where we could pole fish, it`s driving lads away from the river when they are sitting for a couple of bites Finding it hard to justify to the lads and myself why they should fish the practice matches cos of the state it`s been in. More rain forecast for the back end of week, if it`s crappity smack this weekend we won`t be fishing the practice match Be off somewhere where we can get bites If it stops this way be looking at putting another 1 on a commercial soon.

like i said rivers and flooding patterns are changing i can see the soar valley league having more and more canal rounds plus if we loose anymore water due to angling madness we won't get the sections in anymore
our winter league goes from mountsorrel to kegworth it must be 20miles or more from end to end
yet this week on the canal nobody really had any walking to do and even though it was heavily coloured and cold you still needed 4kg to get in the top 5
