Today I kept the lid on the box of curse in my carryall.

Theres obviously flyers and not so good pegs everywhere you fish but today I reckon was one of the best 'matches' that Cashmores have ever fished.

Ok no 100lb bags, but they werent expected and everyone had a few tugs...........

Colin the resident Curborough crack, had it sorted and won with a canter

Results - 24 fished, 19 members & 5 guesta

Colin Talbot 34 - 0 - 0
Heinzer  27 - 0 - 0

Big Geoff  19 - 10 - 0
Tigerbay 19 - 0 - 0
Gerry 19 - 0 - 0
BDM   18 - 4 - 0

What a cracking day. Really enjoyed it and learned a bit too. I'd love to fish the match again and see what more I could put in the net now.... but aaaaah it would probably be less lol because thats fishing, even though I reckon I could do much better !

19lb of silver fish, if you can include small tench and crucians , cant be unhappy with that at all.

Didnt fancy it much before the off but the day put a smile on my face :D

Hi folks I was pleased with Curborough I had a decent catch though not in first 8. Tried pellet but gudgeon were a nuisance and I forgot my sweetcorn or might have done better but then that's me. Glad to see you booked it again Tony
