Had a nice walk from Wood lane bridge up to the wides...quite a few pockets of roach showing :cheerleader...water colour was not to bad with odd places of very coloured water..feeding fish hopefully...did see 2 carp a common and a mirror looking to be mid doubles with the mirror being a bit bigger nosing about the inside margins just before the wides .. did look very enticing may have to pay a visit soon. :tiphat

sent some pics to TK...hopefully he can put them up if he not still to busy doing up Chateau Kulic :toungeout

Had a 5 minute walk down the extension this lunch time. Very much the same OBI. Nice colour in most of it, odd fish topping, and some very inviting skimmer "bubbling" here and there :D :D

Obi , In the spirit of sharing angling info , I popped up to Rushall at the weekend and fished your favourite peg ( near the manor arms ) had quite a few roach/rudd and a decent skimmer on breadpunch - nice gentle couple of hours that made me ( at last ) forget the ice breaking grueller we did last winter .

tight lines

Had a text this evening which read 'Went up Wood Lane this afternoon. 116 fish, mostly small rudd/roach/bottle top skimmers....3 good perch and a few better skimmers and roach....got seen off 3 times'
