Charity Open Canal Match
On the Trent & Mersey canal from Armatage to Rugeley
Sunday 29th December 2013
To work off the Christmas pudding!
Draw 8:15-30 at the Towers cafe
106 Anglesey court, Towers Business Park
Wheelhouse road, Rugeley, WS15 1UL
Breakfasts available from 7 am
Fish 10 am to 3 pm
All sections available, Bloodworm & Joker banned
£15 per ticket
(£5 to local charities and £10 pools plus prizes)
Coors Angling Club are donating £3 peg fee to charity too!
Mike E asked about this on Saturday and I think it may be a reasonable day out. Mainly punch and caster fishing, but some big stripeys and chub to be had on choppie/caster (on the right pegs). Its also for a good cause and an opportunity for us Cashmores lads to have a get together between Christmas and New Year. PM me if you fancy a dabble and I will make the bookings

Mr V you mentioned the possibility of running a grueller on the Saturday post Christmas. I you are fishing the charity match on the 29th presume that there will be no match at Brownhills on the 28th?
Must take this opportunity to wish all Cashmores members and Gruellites a happy Christmas and healthy and prosperous New Year

That may still be a goer Phil. I may have to abandon my Sunday excursion to the Charity match. Watch this space....(may have a family invasion on the Sunday )

Best way to deter them may be to invite them to wash your Gentles. Could be a winner either way
