Nice place, clean, tidy, a decent sarnie, personally struggled as the reed beds thrashed about for the first 4 hrs, but wouldn't mind another bash at it to exorcize a few ghosts............

Well done to the framers Was royally entertained on the opposite bank by the Big Col / Little Col double act Never seen so many spawning fish in my life....the rushes to my left were shredded by the end of the match, bits of it floating all over the bloody place. I said last year what a nice place and set up it is at this venue, and echo the same thoughts this year

some decent sized ones as well...they have grown on a bit since i last fished it,,,struggled most of match...3 bites in 1st four n half o
hours and each one saw me off..one doing a knit one pearl one thro the reeds out in the middle ...had fed pellets at about 11m and it was like a jaccuzi most of match but just couldnt get a bite from it ....decided to start packing up with half hour to go,packed away all but one of my top kits ,pulled nets out to dry,and with 15 mins left put on a worm ...bang 3 puts ins and 3 fish for my weight...has never been a favorite place of mine to fish,probably coz never done that good there but did enjoy it ...
