The canal looks brilliant although its going to be a wet day this can only be a good thing . This will keep bankside disturbance down to a minimum and hopefully slow the boats down .
All the Best to all the teams taking part i think it will be down to one place and quite easily be a upset the way its fishing. Brian has been down and sorted the shorter pegs out so everyone has a gap to fish too . we can't do anymore to make this semi final a success thats down to you and your teams good luck Image Image Image

DON'T FORGET YOUR NEW ROD LICENCE THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE THEY WILL BE CHECKED Image Image

Fished the Gloucester in a National some years back Joff....the boats didn't affect it one bit cos of the depth mate. I always thought it was a great match fishery, fairly even, and plenty of fish to be had Image

Northern semi final result
1st shakespeare
2nd Wigan MG
3rd Drennan north west
4th Maver baitech
5th Drennan Leicester
6th Sensas north
7 th standish sharks
8th Maver newman scott
9th Mosella bait tech
I feel for the Mosella lads always great team to be around and put plenty of work in as always. Unfortunately there is always a peg set thats not the best and the Mosella lads had it and with it being such a fish catching match they just couldn't compete :-[ :-[ chin up boys rise above it and put it in the past Image Image
