were theres no fish in the water cause he always blanks on it and he can annoy every one with the rattle of his laccy.
Have it on the free trades were you fish with propper line, laccy and baits

why don't fish like rain water ? try fishing under a bridge as it dont rain under there so all the fish will be there keeping dry
