Curse match 15 2013 - rearranged match 3
Curse match 15 2013 - rearranged match 3
You'll recollect that match 3 this year in April was snowed off
There was a suggestion at the AGM that if the presentation night wasnt a success to have the presentation back at Harrisons straight after the last match.
As it turned out, the presentation night was believed to be a success - a decent turnout and many of the members who were there wanted a repeat in 2014. So that's what we'll do
This rescheduled match however gives us the 'opportunity' to visit 'home waters' - The Cannock Extension - and then head after the the weigh in straight to Harrisons club for Big Baz's fur and feather presentation
So its last chance to win a trophy..........and a bottle of plonk
2nd Nov 2013 - Cannock Extension (if its too coloured in the kennels section because of all the rain we are experiencing, we'll fish the boats)

As its fur and feather and local it would be nice to see as many members as possible on this match- will be nice to have a good turnout for the club

Agreed Yamo. The F & F was always the biggest turn out of the year in all the clubs I have ever fished with. Thanks to Big Baz and his football cards, there is a bit of a fund for plenty of prizes this year, and I feel as many members as possible should be there in support. Come on lads, lets have a bit of a social after the match and get the banter flowing

TK has problems with tin box so has asked me to update the casualty list. If you know of anyone not attending can you let me know please
Also, we will make a decision on which stretch we are fishing on Thursday morning. It is intended to fish the extension, but if it is still horrible grey (which it is at present), we will be fishing the Common. Watch this space

Following reports from some members, TK informs me the Common is fishing wellCan we not get up fishley insted of common? I may aswell chuck a 5a down the drain and sit in me back garden with no clothes on.

However, I am sure if members post their preference on here or PM me, we will let majority rule and Fishley is an option, depending on the bloody lock on the gate
For Gods sake Josh, you fishing with no clothes on is not advisable mate, especially if Fatty K turns up

The cut fishes hard all over this time of the year- extension is the best bet in my opinion.

I bet he asks for crusts on, thick, and tripe and chitterlings for his filling
