Sunday saw eleven teams of six fish this  popular winter league fished on the  Wolverhampton a.a vde waters
  Three sections at Pendeford and three sections at Brewood.
      The day started out a windy, damp, dank, grey day and continued for most of the day , this didnt put the fish of and the venue showed its true form , with TEN double figure bags and an aprox combine sections weight of 372 lb of fish caught,

A section was the place to draw with 122lb in this section alone, with the following sections,
B section 60lb

C section 17lb
D section 29lb
E section 74lb
F section 70lb

Fished on the host clubs water on the Shropshire union canal
at High Onn & Little Onn,
  With the continued mild but damp weather the canal fished really
well with SEVERN Double figure bags and a combined sections
weight of 372lb ( the same as round One)

We are  know at the mid-way point of the Stafford Izaac Walton Winter league ,
  with this third round tye fished on the popular Stoke & D.A.A. Waters on the Shropshire Union Canal at Norbury Junction
the Mild weather continued, with a few light showers,
but the bain of many of the team anglers this round was the autumn leaves all across the water course
making presentation very difficult, with more time spent out of the water than in it, curtailing the catch rate of many.
The combined section weight for this third round was 213lb of fish weighed in,

A:section 40lb, B: section 35lb, C: section 24lb, D:section 39lb, E:section 38lb, F: section 37lb.

This fourth round of the Stafford Izaac Walton winter league was held on the Hodnet A.C waters on the shropshire union canal in and around Soudley Goldstone ,
the day greeted the 66 team anglers to quite a cool but autumn sunny day, and with the bright sunshine and clearish canal, with little flow and very few boats, thoughts were of a really hard match for most competing anglers,
But the venue held up really well, with no fewer than eleven Double figure bags and a combined section weights of 288lb of fish weighed in.

A: section 80lb, B :section 52lb, C: section 10lb,
D: section 91lb, E: section 20lb F: section 35lb.

Sunday 24/11/13 was the Penultimate round of the Stafford Izaac Walton Winter league with two sections on the host club waters at the Stafford Boat club, Sections E & F, with the remaning sections on the Trent & Mersey Canal on the Izaac Walton waters from Edd Wheatmans haulage , hoo mill, to the new Marina,
The day was a very cold grey winters day following on from the first proper white hard frost, from the day before with a -minus 2 temp it was always going to be a feast or famine match as the fish scholled up for safety in numbers in the clear cold water away from predators.
The league suffered 6 dry nets from the 66 team anglers 5 recorded from E section, there were 199lb of fish in total weighed in
A section: 19lb, B section: 22lb, C section: 25lb,
D section: 35lb, E section 17lb, F section: 81lb.
