as there is no proper surggestion place to make suggestions i will make a suggestion here.

How about a section on fishing venues. With the number of members on here from a close area of each other we should be able to but some good infor up. We could have for example

bishton farm pools
directions
number of pools
price of day ticket
speicies
contact No or details
best methods and baits and pegs
bans
and any advice/ tips on how to fish it

There's already a great site for that mate....

http://www.fisheries.co.uk/

Updated all the time, If there's not a fishery on there you can submit it.

You may as well use the "Going Fishing" board for venue advice really.

Unless anyone else thinks its a good idea??

Most of the info i,ve retrieved from various fisheries via the net or even match results via A.T etc has not necessarily been accurate or up to date, on some occasions i have personally witnessed exagerated results and venue form in order to attract anglers. However there still remains a morsal or two of info that is usable and i suppose to the eager angler it does have the ability to wet the appetite and raise expectations. Good i suppose because we chomp at the bit to get at it, Bad if weve paid a fortune on bait that wasnt needed, and dissapointing results. So that i dont appear to be sitting on the fence on the issue of having a suggestion box then i would say Yes to having one. Could be informative and fun. :)

That site dont cover venues like willows penkridge, horns, populars, biston , carnes, brookfeilds, tower farm, wyrley essington cut, fox hills ect etc, the list is endlessof venues which are in the penkridge to walsall area.

If you fancied a day out  you could look, pick some were local , get some info then go and have a day then put a report on it up.

If its a crap idea then thats it,
