had some of these in one of my old map top kits they are ok to be fair keep everything in the right place so to speak

Never understood why you couldn't get thin tubular PTFE that you could fit onto the bung and you cut it off at the No 1 joint. You could run the elastic through a whole section of PTFE then. Either that or line the inside of the top 3 with PTFE.

These are brill! Maver do some similar which also very good. I even make some for smaller elastics using a couple of ptfe's an old tip section and an old bung, similar idea to arch but a lot smaller. They do work though, it really does help keep the elastic off the wall of the pole ;)

Sean huggins did this years ago and is by far the best commercial angler ive seen right down to the last detail Sean is always spot on Image Image Sean has two growing up boys that take a lot of time up so he gets when he can not sure if he still fishes the UK CHAMPS

You will notice a difference joff Image not seen Sean for a bit, he did fish the uks a couple of years back but not sure if he is still in it? Nice bloke and great angler....

Maver have had the same thing out for quite a while now, i think they call them, wet wall alligners. Great little idea!
