After having a random msn chat with davec earlier about food im wondering what your favourite puddings are?!

(alrite its a boring Sunday night and i really fancy apple crumble and custard!)

My favourites would have to be in no order.....

Apple crumble
Apple turnovers
Strawberry triffle
Strawberry cheesecake
Profiteroles
Chocolate eclairs
Double chocolate gateux
Lardy cake
Sticky toffee pudding

Mines quite normal lol

Have you any weird and wonderful puddings you put together?

I wondered who would ask re lardy cake! Well..... you havnt lived till youve had lardy cake! Warm cake dripping with lard with raisons etc! :D its gorgeous. Not many places seem to sell it. When you ask for lardy cake some look at your completly gone out of it! ::)

Chocolate sponge and mint custard- that reminds me so much of primary school dinners!! :D
