totally agree Pedro  it's good to go into a tackle shop and see and feel the products we are buying not just off a internet screen

My local tackle shop Ians Fishing Tackle (penkridge) made that decision. I made him a website and set him up on ebay and he ain't looked back since. Plus it got Gem (my misses) a job.
You would be amazed though at the amount of people on ebay trying to rip you off, saying they have not received items etc. With the website shop it is better as there are less overheads. Just hosting and bandwidth really. With ebay you have ebay fee's (10%) plus the hassle of all the con artists and stupid people that do not know how to operate a computer. Oh and people that expect their order to be at their house within hours of ordering.

Keep up or be left behind, it's as simple as that.

if ever angler went on the internet for there tackle u wouldnt have any shops anywere support yr local shop is the only way give them a chance to compete for yr business most of the time they will if not they will tell u were is the cheapest place to get what u want
