Bilston Angling Centre,
Fished on the Staffs-Worcs Canal at Wobaston
1st Gary Ward (Dudley Bait and Tackle) 9-0-0 three bream, roach, perch and gudgeon to squatt and caster from peg 36 by the motorway
2nd Dave Richards (Mid Leisure) 8-12-12;
3rd Ben Garbett (Black Country Tackle) 8-9-0;
4th Paul Turner (Fox Tipton Van den Eynde) 8-1-0;
5th Mark Westwood (Bilston Angling Centre) 7-14-10;
6th Ian Hingley (Dudley Bait and Tackle) 7-4-7.
While Gary took the lion share of the pool money it was Paul Turner who had a fish to remember, a massive chub weighing 6lb 8oz.....thats what you call a rubba dub!

Lee, are you going to risk putting in 160 to 166 again with all that rain? I personally would because thats the only time they havent produced but its a tough call. Similarly, someone said you may be putting in 1 to 20 in the semi. Has that ever seen B&J?

It will be pegged the same as in the last round two weeks ago with the possible exception that i will put in peg 37 and leave out peg 84A, all pegs will move up 1 place.
I will be using pegs 1 to 20 in the practice matches,i have got to get all the reeds out from the inside, i had a walk up there on Sunday and there a lot of roach topping, this might be why the pegs between 25 and 29 have not produced this year. I think the fish are still in the shallower section, it has not seen any worm and joker, in the semi i will be using the best 10 sections of 9.
