Right first up which idiot booked a match this early in the year when we all knew it was going to be too damn cold ? :rage :rage :nono

Well done to Al on fishing 16 metres for most of the day before bagging halfway over in the last hour. Most of the rest of us struggled to put together a few fish with the exception of the end peg fliers Simon, Mick and John (even though he had to leave over an hour early ).

Well, first match out of the way and it went as well as I was feeling s--t. Plus point, good too see everyone up and raring to go. First outing for the new trolley, once everyone explained I could get my box on it. :D
Good win for Al and well done all those fishing at the maximum length of their pole.
As I had about four feet behind me with the dreaded Tony Watkins rail line behind me not an option for me or even considered.
At least the cobwebs were blown away waiting for Coleman's now :tiphat

Cheers All
Really enjoyed the day after a long lay off didn't even mind fishing 16m although the back was stiff Saturday evening meat with a few micros was all I fed couldn't get a bite on pellet hard or soft so totally cut out the micro. Not an easy day but everyone caught. Roll on the next one
