Hi Pete, if the weather forecast is right I would leave your poles at home, take a pick-axe and take enough snow to make an igloo. I would also change your partner for any eskimos in the area.

Not so serious food is on before the draw at the Castle Inn, (just off the A41).
All tickets are now gone for this match.
Hopefully see you there,

Keep smiling,
Snaggy the Snowman!!!!

London Qualifier (Lea Navigation) - Postponed

From CRT website:

"After a lot of consultation and discussion it has been decided to postpone the Angling Trust/Canal & River Trust Pairs ‘heat' on the River Lea Navigation, scheduled for Sunday 26th July. Emphasis is really on the word ‘heat' as there is currently a heavy surface weed problem and with the hot weather forecast this week this will only emaciate the problem as a weed clearing programme could well be a waste of time and effort as it could well reoccur immediately after. The new date has been set for Saturday 10th October - hopefully these conditions will have gone by then. This means that the date selected will be the last chance to qualify for the Grand Final".
