Abuman I have got a Cardinal Max 4 Plus reel which has (I think) a broken bearing on the centre shaft. Will not wind forward or backwards.

Just to say thanks to all concerned. I had a great days fishing, caught some nice fish, rescued my cap from the hedge, and had more than a few cobwebs blown away.

Not only did he forget my sarnie, when he re-ordered it, and went back to collect it. It was the only hot sandwich (I have had)cooked in a fridge.
I do not recommend bacon sausage and brown sauce on a stick.
