Another good write up Joff, how long did it take you to mix your ground bait, when I have mixed up white crumb it normally takes about two hours to get it to the right consistency ,pity the river was out of sorts again, is there any more opens on the Welland before the end of the season?

It just depends what you call additives Joff, I suppose all of the sensas/ vde etc groundbait contains additives, I use the above ground baits , but I don't use additives such as liquids and powders anymore, I personally think it a confident thing, a mate of mine used brasem in there g bait one day ...

Good write up Joff, the canal was out of sorts, the keadby basin was a struggle yesterday 7lb 4 oz won our knock up, although no b & j is not allowed on scunnys water, the basin normally fishes well in the winter time

i use it with liccy bread what I do is when ive done my bread I don't clean blender out just scrape the bread off the sides n lid of it and then add a handful of liccy to it I then add my hemp n just blend it up it seems to make it hold together better so that you can use a groundbait punch it make...
