Choppy, i`d like to say it was my extensive knowledge of match fishing history, but its just that i`ve got the same book as Joff takes his pictures from. As for sunday, don`t worry about the weigh in I thought it was fair too. Lost enough skimmers in the ice and with elastic freezing to have come ...

winter league semi`s
Dodge, re: GV I think the problem in the south is that there aren`t many commercial venues that can take 120+ pegs so in the south east were limited to GV or Monk lakes. It seems that all semi`s now will always be one commercial and a canal, rivers won`t get a look in. Shame they can`t put one on ...

winter league semi`s
rumoured that the southern semi`s are GUC at Milton Keynes and Gold Valley.
luv MK hate GV.
if GV is definitely one of the semi`s can`t believe Angling Times have booked it, especially after Adolf cancelled the Maver pairs there because of no Maver Match This bookings for next year.

Joff, the rest of Chris`s week was very noisy, especially first thing in the morning when he woke up. He`s now learned to play the first three cords of "smoke on the water" achieved by supreme muscle tensioning. He`s hoping, with sufficient practise, to be able to start doing requests by the time ...

his nick name is tick tock, used to wear browning gear with the nuddy white cap. Any of the browning boys from cambs can get hold of him for you, Timmy Nash, Tony Watling or alternatively ring Stanjays in Godmanchester they`ll have his number.

preston fish off good or bad
I agree with most of you in that team fishing needs to be re-vamped, however the solutions available aren`t that obvious. Ideas such as having a handicap system in place like they do in golf seem sensible so that lesser teams can have a realistic chance or alternatively have a final on a mystery ...

Essex County - 1981 National Winners - Team Names
Choppy, I spoke to one sandal on saturday before the draw for the national and he told me he was going to fish the feeder. One of our team told me that Jimmy had a 9lb barbel in the onion sack by the end of the match, he may be getting on a bit but he can still catch a few, but he think he uses Nisa ...
