Abusing the scalesmen
If the alleged abuse were directed at the scalesmen in a serious tone then a short ban may be a deterrent to the person concerned and all others who may want to try. A lot of banter flies around during weigh ins and could it have been misconstrued. Not having fished there for a while, I cannot ever ...

A little disappointing
Perhaps the format of the site is confusing. With so many clubs sharing the space a lot of people perhaps look and contribute to there own club section. Not a criticism but an observation. Perhaps an open fishing section with anglers from all clubs combining there knowledge, triumphs and failures to...

Club Season 2008
Enjoyable read as usual Peter and can only echo the thoughts of supremo Dave. Fishing as a guest over the last few years has been a pleasure. Its a shame I cannot fish more. As Dave has said the money is not the important thing in these matches, just having fun is paramount. Once Dave has sorted out...

Hawkhurst Fish Farm 11th October
Many thanks to all the Marsh AC lads and lasses for allowing me to guest. This is the third time I have guested with them after Rockells last year and they have all made me feel welcome each time. The fishing was frustrating but the banter across the lake was good. The venue was top notch and certai...

Well the weather looks good so at least it should fish ok. However its been freezing here overnight so its anyones guess. As you know I don't do maggot so it will be pellet or corn for me. I think its a bit too cold for the paste at the moment but maybe spiced up with a bit of atomic it could work. ...

garbo extendable cupping kit
The cups screw into a grommet type screw thread.
As the name suggests the kit itself is extendable and I have not cut mine back. I have marked where to extend to though so it matches my top kits.

This must be the only club that fills every match it has. I can sympathise with a lot of you guys with the shift work and travelling long distances. I have started to take 1/2 night shifts off recently to try to avoid falling off my box into the drink or something worse http://simplematchfishing.co....
