Stopped buying mags as they cost so much (postage to nz hurts)looked at changing to digital (I pad)but even that's expensive. Get so much data from internet ,only thing I miss is adverts! Seeing new products and company's.

I think the day was a lesson and not a negative one. If we want to succeed we have to analyse failure observe success and adapt. If fishing was easy we would get bored and not improve. Even top anglers have to keep improving or else the chasing pack catch up,so keep improving . ;)

Why would a farmer shoot a fish ? Was it chasing the sheep  :D :D So if anyone comes this way we can always find some tackle for them to have a fish. And fishing is free you only need a licence. West Auckland club has just held the December match on a river 50kms from Auckland.This is a match of 2 halves.At midday we stop for 30 mins and meet half way for food and drink provided by the club and a chat or lies about how many each has in the net.As usual for the time of year its warm[25/30c] ...

Born in Eastbourne and fished local rivers and lakes.Left aged18 and have lived in NZ for 45 years catching koi/tench/catfish/rudd/perch and goldfish.Other than licence fee its all FREE here.
